Purchase Policy

Classes may be reserved online, over the phone or in person. We recommend reserving your group classes online to guarantee a spot in class. You may register in your preferred studio's schedule or on our app to purchase a single class or class package. 

All class packages are non-transferable and non refundable. We accept all major credit cards and cash. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a class or private session, simply give us a call or login to your online account and click cancel. Classes cancelled at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class or session time will be credited back to your account for use on your future visit. Late cancellations and no shows will result in the loss of a class.

Livestream Cancellation Policy

To cancel a LIVESTREAM class, simply login to your online account and click cancel. Classes cancelled at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled class will be credited back to your account for use on your future visit. Cancellations made after class links have been sent will be charged in full to your account on file.

Waitlist Policy

To be added to our wait list, you must first purchase a class in advance. Once you are added, if a spot becomes available at least 12 hours before class time, you will be automatically enrolled and you will receive an email notification or phone call confirmation. If a spot becomes available in less than 12 hours before class time, you will be notified via email or phone but you will not be added to the class roster until you have confirmed receipt of the notification.

 

Monthly Memberships

Membership Terms - Ultimate, Essential, Basic

Terms. The membership term is a month-to-month agreement, beginning on the date signed below. A member may resign from the selected membership with JANE DO prior to the end of the agreement if they meet any of the criteria outlined in the Membership Agreement “Buyer’s Right to Cancel.” Notices must be received in person during normal business hours to terminate membership for the following month. Prior to the effective date of termination, the member shall be responsible for paying all fees, dues, and charges due to JANE DO.

  • Monthly Specials & Ultimate Memberships: A $10 LATE FEE will be charged to the card on file for NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELS.

  • Essential & Basic Memberships: Each additional class above the agreed upon monthly amount will be billed at $20 per class. Late cancellations will lose their class.


Buyer’s Right to Cancel/Terminate. A Member has the right to cancel this contract under certain specific circumstances:

  • End of Term. The Member may terminate this agreement by written notice signed in person as indicated in “TERMS” above. Such notice must be delivered in person and will be effective 30 days after the notice is given. Members must give 30 days' written notice in order to cancel membership. See “Terms”. If a member cancels the agreement and decides to sign up again after that 30-day period, the Member will be charged the current monthly rate.

  • Disability or Death. You may cancel if you become disabled, and your estate may cancel in the event of your death. JANE DO will make a prorated dues refund within 30 days of the written notice of this cancellation.

Freeze Policy

Freeze policy applies to monthly memberships and temporarily allows suspension of your membership with the following terms:

Membership Freeze: Any recurring membership holder may request a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of two (2) months freeze, once per calendar year. A written freeze request form must be completed and approved by Jane DO no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of Member’s first month of absence.

 

New Membership Policy

  • Annual Members: Your membership is valid for the end of the year and now includes unlimited classes.

  • Sweet 16 Members: You have the option to upgrade to the Ultimate membership. This plan includes unlimited classes, 30-day cancellation, a free 15-minute nutrition consultation, and a discounted Jane DO App. *There will now be a $10 cancellation fee for late cancellations

  • Great 8 Members: You will have the option to stay on your current plan or upgrade to our Essential Membership for less than $15 per month more. The Essential plan includes 10 classes per month. Drop in classes $20 thereafter.

  • Fab 4 Members: You can be automatically upgraded to our Basic plan. This plan includes 5 classes per month. However, the drop in rate is now $20 for any class over 5 classes.

 

Studio Policy

We kindly ask that first time clients arrive 10-15 minutes early for a studio tour and paperwork.

Please arrive on time, clients who are more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to enter class.

We allow cell phones in class but ask that they are put on silent for the courtesy of other participants.  

Lockers are available to place your personal belongings. We also allow clients to place smaller personal items in the main studio. Please note, Jane DO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change without notice.

Clients 18 years of age or younger must have parental consent to attend class.

 

Monthly Challenges

Jane DO offers challenges on select months throughout the year.  Discounts earned from these challenges may NOT be combined with any other offer. Additionally, any discount is applicable to class packages, and ONE month of a membership, not a membership in its entirety.
