Purchase Policy

Classes may be reserved online, over the phone or in person. We recommend reserving your group classes online to guarantee a spot in class. You may register in your preferred studio's schedule or on our app to purchase a single class or class package. 

Please be advised that classes and series expire 1 year after purchase and prices are subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non refundable. We accept all major credit cards and cash. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a class or private session, simply give us a call or login to your online account and click cancel. Classes cancelled at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class or session time will be credited back to your account for use on your future visit. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged in full to your account on file. 

Wait List Policy

To be added to our wait list, you must first purchase a class in advance.  Once you are added, if a spot becomes available at least 12 hours before class time,  you will be automatically enrolled and you will receive an email notification or phone call confirmation. If a spot becomes available in less than 12 hours before class time, you will be notified via email or phone but you will not be added to the class roster until you have confirmed receipt of the notification. 

Monthly Memberships

A monthly membership requires a 6 month minimum commitment, inclusive of six automatic payments and is non-refundable.  After the 6 month commitment has been fulfilled, the membership will auto renew on a monthly basis. Cancellation of a monthly membership must be done at least 15 days prior to the next monthly auto-renewal by emailing your respective studio at jerseycity@janedo.com, edgewater@janedo.com, hoboken@janedo.com, montclair@janedo.com, flatiron@janedo.com. Freeze Policy

Freeze policy applies to monthly memberships and All-access memberships only and temporarily allows suspension of your membership with the following terms:

Clients may freeze their monthly membership once per contractual year for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three consecutive months (in one month increments) without being subject to a fee.  Any subsequent freezes are subject to a fee of $20 dollars per month payable in advance. Studio Policy

We kindly ask that first time clients arrive 15 minutes early for a studio tour, paperwork and optional free fitness assessment.  

Clients will not be permitted to enter class after 10 minutes from the start time.

We allow cell phones in class but ask that they are put on silent for the courtesy of other participants.  

Lockers are available to place your personal belongings.  We also allow clients to place smaller personal items in the main studio. Please note, Jane DO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change without notice.

Clients 18 years of age or younger must have parental consent to attend class.

Monthly challenges

Jane DO offers challenges on select months throughout the year.  Discounts earned from these challenges may NOT be combined with any other offer.  Additionally, any discount is applicable to class packages, and ONE month of a membership, not a membership in its entirety.
