How many classes do you recommend per week?

Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. But we encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix up our signature classes. Stick with the classes you love and it will never feel like work.

How long are classes?

All classes are 50 minutes in length

What should I wear?

We advise you wear comfortable form fitting attire. All classes require traditional sneakers. We recommend lightweight cross training footwear.

Are there changing rooms?

All locations host a locker room on site and water is available for purchase.

Do I need dance experience?

No previous dance experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.

Are your classes safe for pregnant women?

At Jane DO we acknowledge and accept that every day may feel different for each client.  We recognize that each client has a different doctor with a varying option and honor each opinion and recommend you speak with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine.

We will continue to give you exercise modifications as you progress through your pregnancy with specific focus on your abdominals and pelvic floor awareness for pushing, lower body strength for squatting, and upper body for holding the baby. 

Signals to stop exercising include; dizziness, headache, chest pain, shortness of breath.

We encourage you to arrive to class early to learn appropriate modifications from each respective trainer. Remember that you are a rock star and be proud for doing something good for not only yourself but also your baby.
