Jane DO offers 5 signature classes. Each class is beat driven, mixed level, total body 50 minute workout designed for all fitness levels and body types. Just like every woman, our specialized format ensures each class is unique and diverse. Our methodology is ever evolving and our music ever changing to keep the workouts fun, exciting and to keep your body from plateauing.

  • Fitness instructor in HIIT training class

    HIIT

    Build muscle, burn fat, and increase your flexibility with our full body high intensity interval training class. This class couples strength training, using dumbbells or resistance bands, with high and low impact cardio elements, dynamic and static stretching.

  • Fun dance cardio workout

    DANCE

    Dance your a** off, literally! Our dance cardio class breaks down high impact choreography into attainable routines that require zero dance experience. A total body workout, this class also integrates lower body, upper body and abdominal intervals to keep you burning calories, increasing your metabolism, and have fun doing it!

  • Woman in toning and sculpting class

    SCULPT

    This total body sculpting class is high energy, low impact (no jumping) and couples resistance training with flexibility exercises. Various props are incorporated to keep your brain stimulated and your body challenged. It's a perfect stand alone class, but also compliments our Dance, Tramp, and Step classes.

    TRAMP

    Bounce yourself into shape with our low impact mini trampoline class.  Cardio routines are broken down into digestible combinations and coupled with our lower body, upper body and abdominal strength training intervals to tone your entire body as you increase energy, circulation and vitality.

    Step up to the challenge and get the results you deserve. This full body class combines easy to follow cardio routines with strength training and flexibility to improve your coordination and cardiovascular health.
