What’s the nearest transportation?

JERSEY CITY: We are located just one block west of the Grove street PATH Station at: 160 Newark Ave, Floor 3 (cross street Erie).

HOBOKEN: Our Hoboken studio is just footsteps from the  9th St.- Congress St. Light Rail station at 720 Monroe St. 

CHARLESTON: We have limited parking available on site as well as street parking.

How many classes do you recommend per week?

Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. But we encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix up our signature classes. Stick with the classes you love and it will never feel like work.

How long are classes?

All classes are 50 minutes in length

What should I wear?

We advise you wear comfortable form fitting attire. All classes require traditional sneakers. We recommend lightweight cross training footwear. Sneakers are available for purchase on the first floor of at Morlees Shoes (at the Jersey City location).

Are there changing rooms?

All locations host a locker room and a shower on site. We offer complimentary towel service and water is available for purchase.

Do I need dance experience?

No previous dance experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.
