Remy Hayes

TRAINER

ABOUT

Remy is a proud Jersey girl (cue the Springsteen music!) who moved to Charleston for college and never looked back!  As a dancer and athlete, Remy was immediately drawn to Jane DO and its unique focus on dance and fitness. She has a degree in exercise science from the College of Charleston where she was captain of the dance team, and she also earned a Masters Degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University.  Prior to becoming a Jane, Remy worked in both the non-profit world and college athletics administration, and finds that her previous work experience helps her connect with clients in her classes. In addition to being a trainer at Jane DO, Remy coaches the CofC Cougarettes Dance Team. When not leading classes or greeting the lovely Jane DO clients, Remy can be found enjoying all that Charleston has to offer with her husband, Sean and their goofy dog Louie.
