ABOUT

Paige is an AVP of marketing, certified Integrative Health Coach, and Jane Do fitness trainer. Nutrition and cooking have been lifelong passions for Paige. Originally from New Jersey, Paige’s interest in food started at a young age – in the kitchen making dinner with her mom nearly every night. During her time as a dancer at USC, she quickly fell in love with creating her own recipes and “healthier” spins on her favorite foods, particularly after finding that eliminating processed foods and adding in more wholesome, from-the-earth foods made her feel lighter and more energetic than ever before.

After years of searching for the perfect program, Paige graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2019. Through her studies and continued work, she aims to help people better understand their own bodies, establishing sustainable habits and making connections between all areas of life (wellness is much more than just what you eat!).

Paige’s process is entirely individualized, as she wholeheartedly believes that there is no one size fits all approach. Through ongoing one-on-one conversations, actionable steps, realistic habits, and unlimited access throughout your program, uncover the very best version of yourself.
