Maria is a former professional dancer, an aerialist, and OCR athlete. I have a B.S. in Biology. Some of her certifications include NASM CPT-WFS, Spartan SGX Coach, Yoga RYT 200hr, CIRQFIT. She is a certified Lyra Instructor and has more than 15 years of experience in the Fitness Industry.
