Niki's class is all about the music, energy, and giving you opportunities to push yourself beyond your limits. Her classes focus on balance both mentally and physically because she believes strength starts with the mind. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer with specialties in corrective exercise and nutrition. Niki was born and raised in Ewa Beach, HI, and moved away to NYC to pursue her dreams of being on Broadway when she was 18 years old. Some of her favorite roles include Ariel in The Little Mermaid and touring the country on the Mamma Mia! National tour! When Niki isn't training, she is traveling, playing video games, or hanging out with her Mazie girl.
