Lauren Masol
TRAINER
ABOUT
Lauren is a tech marketing executive by day and a Jane DO trainer on nights, weekends, and the occasional early morning. For the past 15 years, she’s explored just about every corner of the fitness world — running, boxing, spinning, weightlifting, rowing, circuit training, hot yoga — you name it. But it was at Jane DO that she found her true fitness home and the courage to step into the trainer spotlight. Type A to the core, she’s all about pushing limits — and she’ll challenge you to do the same. Expect her classes to bring the perfect balance of grit and grace, where every rep makes you stronger and every song keeps the vibe high. Outside the studio, Lauren’s a proud dog mom, self-proclaimed nerd, and wine lover who’d move to Sonoma in a heartbeat. She’s a mental health advocate, a dedicated mentor to young professionals, and a big believer in the Jane DO mission to help women become their strongest, most confident selves — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Q: Hometown?
A: Queens, New York
Q: Song that gets you DO-ing?
A: That’s a 50/50 tie: “What About Us” by Pink and “Dreams and Nightmares” by Meek Mill. My music taste is all over the map.
Q: Best thing you #JaneDID?
A: Deciding to audition as a Jane DO trainer. This experience has taken me way out of my comfort zone — especially as someone who gets frustrated when they’re not immediately great at something. Being a trainer has always been a dream of mine and I’m so glad I took the plunge — I am living proof that you’re never too old to learn or DO something new.
Q: Top of your to-DO list?
A: Launch my small business. Stay tuned...
Q: Guilty pleasure?
A: The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives — it's so bad, yet so good.
Q: Who’s your best friend?
A: 100% my husband.
Q: Your greatest strength?
A: Planning, planning, planning. I live for spreadsheets.
Q: Where do you find your strength?
A: From within — truly. I am an incredibly anxious person and fitness is my outlet for getting unwanted energy or tension out of my body.
Q: Hidden talent?
A: I make killer gnocchi.
Q: Worth it splurge?
A: Ooh, that’s another 50/50 tie: A fun car to drive and a super comfy mattress. I have a need for speed… and sleep.
Q: Vacation Destination?
A: Wine country — especially Sonoma. My husband and I go every October during harvest.
Q: What is the last thing you Googled?
A: “How do I track my Aday order?” I own their “Like A Boss” pullover in every color — highly recommend.
