ABOUT
Hope is a born and raised Jersey girl, whose journey with Jane Do has come full circle-from devoted member (you definitely spotted her in STEP!) to instructor. With a background rooted in dance and a lifelong love for group fitness, Hope was instantly drawn to Jane Do’s rhythm-based movement workouts that blend fun, empowerment, and strength.
By day, Hope is a 2nd grade teacher who brings energy and creativity into everything she does. Teaching, in every form, is her passion. Hope thrives on helping others grow, and that love for guiding and encouraging others naturally translated into her role as a Jane Do instructor. When she’s not in the classroom or at the studio, Hope enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending sunny days lounging at the beach, or going to the movie theater.
In Hope's class, you can expect a high-energy atmosphere filled with pop hits, positivity, and a few funny stories that will keep you smiling between reps. Hope is beyond excited to be a part of the Jane Do community in this new role and can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

A: Became an elementary school teacher! I genuinely love what I do and it is incredibly rewarding.

A: Travel to Greece!

A: Reality TV, specifically Love is Blind
Q: Who’s your best friend?
A: I have 2 :) My husband Alfie and my cousin Katie (a fellow Hoboken Jane!)
Q: Your greatest strength?
A: I would say my work ethic. I’m definitely someone who takes initiative, stays 100% committed, and always strives to do my best.
Q: Where do you find your strength?
A: From my family and friends! My support system is so strong and they are the people I lean on when I need encouragement. Couldn’t be luckier!
Q: Hidden talent?
A: I’m sneaky good at mini golf
Q: Worth it splurge?
A: Any type of travel! (Or sale….I’m a chronic online shopper)
Q: Vacation Destination?
A: I recently went to Australia, which was such an amazing experience! I also typically spend most of my summers in Long Beach Island.
