Every class at Jane DO runs 50-minutes.

Come about 10 minutes early so we can show you around and introduce you to your instructor. You’ll get set up, feel comfortable, and be ready to move by the time class starts.

There’s truly no wrong answer. Many new Janes start with Sculpt, but Step is a Morristown favorite. If you’re still unsure, email us at morristown@janedo.com and we’ll help you find your perfect first class and instructor.
