Alyssa Trimlett
TRAINER
ABOUT
Alyssa is a born-and-raised New Yorker turned Jersey girl! She has been a trainer since March 2026 after finding Jane DO on ClassPass and instantly becoming obsessed. Like many Janes, Alyssa grew up dancing, so it’s no surprise that DANCE is her favorite style to teach. Outside of Jane DO, Alyssa works full-time in the corporate beauty industry and choreographs for a competitive dance studio. When she isn’t teaching, you can find her listening to Ariana Grande, petting every dog she sees, or probably getting ice cream at Beenies in Morristown.
Fun Fact: Alyssa worked on the production team for So You Think You Can Dance (Season 17) and Dancing with the Stars (Season 31)!
