Alyssa was raised in Brick, New Jersey, and after earning her BFA in dance, she moved to Hoboken to begin an exciting new chapter—pursuing freelance dance opportunities and attending countless auditions. She has always felt drawn to the fitness world, and the moment she walked into Jane DO, she instantly connected with the energy and the incredible community of Janes. She’s thrilled to be starting this next chapter as a fitness instructor and can’t wait to see where this journey leads.
