Alyssa is originally from Potsdam, a small town in northern New York State. She’s always had a love for staying active, shaped by her background in competitive soccer and figure skating. After moving to Jersey City, Alyssa discovered Jane DO by taking her very first group fitness class! She quickly fell in love with all the different formats Jane DO has to offer. After being a member for several years, she decided to step outside of her comfort zone and take her passion for fitness and movement to the next level by becoming an instructor. Alyssa loves that Jane DO is all about growth, community, empowerment, and, of course, having fun! She’s so excited to bring her energy to every class, help each Jane feel strong, confident, and cheer them on as they work toward their goals. Outside of Jane DO, Alyssa works in production in the fashion industry. You can usually find her hot girl walking around Jersey City with a coffee in hand, planning her next trip, curled up at home with a good book, or rewatching the Fast & Furious franchise for the hundredth time.
