  • Nope. Zero dance background required. Just show up and move with us.

  • Not at all. We’ll break it down for you, beat by beat.

  • Activewear, sneakers, a water bottle, and your beautiful self.

  • Every class at Jane DO runs 50-minutes.

  • Come about 10 minutes early so we can show you around and introduce you to your instructor. You’ll get set up, feel comfortable, and be ready to move by the time class starts.

  • There’s truly no wrong answer. Many new Janes start with Sculpt, but Step is a Morristown favorite. If you’re still unsure, email us at morristown@janedo.com and we’ll help you find your perfect first class and instructor.

  • Yep. You can bring 1 friend per class (same guest may attend up to 2x total).

  • Nope. This is hands-down our most-asked question. Tramp is safe, fun, and one of the best low-impact burns you’ll ever have.

  • Yep. Many of our Janes like to “double-up” with SCULPT + STEP/TRAMP/DANCE.

    We recommend trying each class format before “doubling-up.”
