Ready, Set, Sweat
- Ready, Set, Sweat is designed to get the body acclimated to the basic choreographic components of class as well as vascularize clients systems in preparation for the duration of class.
- Ready, Set, sweat should begin low impact and proceed to high impact. That said, clients should always be given the option for low impact choreography. Ready, Set, Sweat should begin with a BASELINE step that clients can return to in the event of fatigue or as a modification for high impact choreography.
- Guidelines: Allow clients to get comfortable with one cardio option before progressing to the next.
