Ready, Set, Sweat
Ready, Set, Sweat is designed to get the body acclimated to the basic choreographic components of class as well as vascularize clients systems in preparation for the duration of class.
Ready, Set, sweat should begin low impact and proceed to high impact. That said, clients should always be given the option for low impact choreography. Ready, Set, Sweat should begin with a BASELINE step that clients can return to in the event of fatigue or as a modification for high impact choreography.
Guidelines: Allow clients to get comfortable with one cardio option before progressing to the next.
