High intensity/impact cardio: The last and final cardio element of class designed to push clients past their thresholds. Combining speed, agility and power this allow clients to give it their all before the final stretch. Must be performed in choreographed rounds increments of 10 or 30 seconds. Bands, light and heavy weights are permitted during this portion. Clients may always opt for low impact options
Example choreography:
• Power skips
• Fast feet
• Football jumps
• Jump squats
• Ski jumps
• X jumps
• Jax
• Heels
• Quick step
• Alternating jumping lunges
• Tuck jumps

Timed Interval:
• Own time ONLY: This will be a timed interval, keep moving as I demonstrate X number of exercises. Then cue to start on your count
