What is the nearest transportation?

JERSEY CITY: We are located just one block west of the Grove street PATH Station at: 160 Newark Ave, Floor 3 (cross street Erie).

EDGEWATER: Located directly across the street from Whole Foods Market at 890 River Rd.  On-site parking is available.  Additional parking is located across the street in the municipal lost ($.50/hr.).  Jane DO will reimburse for parking in said lot, simply show your receipt for reimbursement.  

HOBOKEN: Our Hoboken studio is just footsteps from the  9th St.- Congress St.  Light Rail station at 720 Monroe St. 

 

How many classes do you recommend per week?

Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. But we encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix up our signature classes.  Stick with the classes you love and it will never feel like work. 
 

How long are classes?

All classes are 55 minutes in length with exception of our "Train Jane" class which is 45 minutes long. 
 

What should I wear?

We advise you wear comfortable form fitting attire. Socks are available for purchase onsite for our Barre Naked class. All other classes require traditional sneakers. We recommend lightweight cross training footwear. Sneakers are available for purchase on the first floor at Morlees Shoes.
 

Are there changing rooms?

All locations host a locker room and a shower on site.  We offer complimentary towel service and water is available for purchase.
 

Do I need dance experience?

No previous dance experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.
