1. Whispering Angel Rosé 
As a negociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d’esclans identifies vineyards, grapes and wines from château d’esclans as well as local growers to make what has reputedly become the world’s greatest rosé.

1.5 oz Malibu coconut rum.
2 oz cranberry juice.
2 oz pineapple juice.

3. Vodka Soda 
1 part Vodka
1 to 3 parts Soda Water
Garnish with lime or lemon

2 oz Rye Whiskey

5. Mojito
1.5  oz White rum

Soda Water
1 oz Fresh lime juice

1.5 oz Tequila
1 oz Fresh lime juice
0.5 oz Triple sec
0.5 oz Agave syrup
2 Jalapeño coins (seeds removed)

1.25 oz Aperol
Splash of Soda water
